How do I book a tour with Costa Excursions?

You can book directly through our website, by email, or by phone. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll finalize your reservation and provide payment instructions if required.

Can I modify my booking after it’s confirmed?

Yes. If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to adjust your pickup time, meeting point, or itinerary, subject to availability.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Refunds are issued minus a 10% administration fee. If unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us and we’ll try to find the best possible solution.

Do you accept last-minute bookings?

Yes. Depending on availability, last-minute and next-day bookings can often be accommodated. Contact us directly for quick confirmation.

Pricing & Payments

How much do your tours cost?

Tour prices vary depending on the destination, duration, group size, season, and inclusions such as entrance tickets or tastings. Each tour page shows what is included, and you can request a personalized quote if needed.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We believe in transparent pricing. Any optional extras or exclusions are clearly stated on the tour page or in your quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

Depending on the tour, you can pay securely online by credit card or pay the full amount in cash directly to the driver or guide on the day of the tour.

Is online payment secure?

Yes. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment providers. Costa Excursions does not store your credit card details.

Yes. Costa Excursions is a registered and insured travel agency and tour operator based in Málaga, operating since 2015.

Are your guides and drivers professional?

Yes. We work with experienced, professional drivers and guides who are familiar with the destinations and committed to providing safe, high-quality service.

What safety measures do you follow on tours?

We prioritize guest safety and comfort. Vehicles comply with local regulations, tours are carefully planned, and hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.

What happens in case of bad weather?

If weather conditions affect your tour, we will contact you to discuss the best option. This may include adjusting the itinerary, rescheduling, or offering an alternative.

Excursions & Logistics

Are tours private? What is the group size?

Most of our tours are private and designed for your group only. Typical group size is 2 to 7 people, unless otherwise arranged.

Are entrance fees included?

Inclusions and exclusions are clearly listed on each tour page. If you are unsure whether a ticket or activity is included, feel free to ask us.

Do you offer shore excursions for cruise passengers?

Yes. We offer shore excursions with pickup directly from the Málaga cruise port, timed to fit your ship’s schedule.

Where do we meet the guide or driver?

Pickup is usually at your hotel, accommodation, or an agreed meeting point. Cruise guests are met near the ship exit. Your driver or guide may hold a sign with your name.

Can you customize a tour for us?

Absolutely. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for on our website, tell us your interests and we’ll create a custom itinerary tailored to your group.
