We are a fully registered and insured travel agency and tour operator in Malaga (Spain). We have being providing tours to our customers since 2015.
Payment can either be done by cash or by credit card using our secured online booking platform powered by Fair Harbor (a Booking.com company). If paying by cash, payment will be done at the same day of your tour and will be paid in full to your driver/guide.
You can cancel a booking up to 2 days before the excursion is scheduled to take place. This is measured against the start of the day of the excursion in the local time zone where the shore excursion or day trip is to take place. An administration fee of 10% of the total paid amount will be deducted from the refunded due amount
How many people per group do you allow on your excursions?
Minimum of 2 and maximum of 7 people
Are entree fees included in the price?
In the description page of each tour you will find the information regarding what´s included and what is not included for each excursion.
Do you offer excursions for cruise passengers out of Malaga?
Yes. We offer excursions from Malaga port.
I don’t find the tour I want, what can I do?
If you cannot find the tour you want, no worries. Just tell us what you are looking for and we will be happy to make a customized solution based on your needs.
Do the excursions include transportation?
In the description page of each tour you will find the information regarding transportation. All the excursions out of Malaga city or Costa del Sol include transportation (e.g. shore excursions, and day trips). If you are not sure email us and we will be happy to provide all clarifications you may need.
Where will I meet the driver/guide?
For shore excursions, your driver/guide will be waiting for you at your ship´s exit point. For day excursions your driver/guide will be waiting for your at your Hotel or accomodation.
How will I recognize the excursion driver/guide?
For shore excursions and day tours, your guide will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name written on it.
Health & Safety Policy
Your health is our top priority, and we have put special measures in place to keep all guests safe both during and after your activity.
* **Stringent Cleaning** – We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high traffic areas between each tour, and hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests.
* **Social Distancing** – Guests will stay at a safe 6-foot distance during all points of the tour. We also ensure that all staff members will be wearing the necessary PPE.
* **Wellness Checks** – Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.
