We are a small, owner-operated ground operator based in Mijas on the Costa del Sol. Peter Fischer (founder, born in Málaga, educated partly in the United States) and Thomas Liedtke (grew up in Málaga, studied in Germany) personally lead every tour. No subcontracting, no outsourcing, no surprises.

Commission & Rate Structure

We offer two options — advisors choose whichever works better for their model:

Frequently Asked Questions — Trade Partners

 

What commission rate do you offer?

10% standard commission on retail tour prices, paid monthly after tour completion. Alternatively we offer net rates — we quote you a below-retail price and you add your own margin. Most advisors choose one model or use both depending on the booking type. Contact us to set up whichever works for you.

 

Can my clients book directly with you?

Yes — once a trade relationship is established, your clients can contact us directly (WhatsApp or email) and we’ll flag their booking as a trade referral. Commission is tracked against your agency account. Alternatively you can manage all bookings centrally through your agency.

 

What is your response time for trade enquiries?

24 hours maximum for all trade enquiries. During Spanish business hours (9 AM–7 PM CET) we typically respond within 1–2 hours via WhatsApp. For time-sensitive requests (cruise excursions, last-minute bookings), WhatsApp is the fastest channel — +34 623 624 944.

 

Do you have Alhambra ticket access when the public system is sold out?

Often yes. As a licensed tour operator with a Patronato de la Alhambra agreement, we have access to a separate ticket allocation distinct from the public booking system at tickets.alhambra-patronato.es. When your client’s preferred dates show no availability publicly, contact us and we’ll check our allocation. This is one of the most common reasons advisors work with us for Granada bookings.

 

What are your cancellation terms for trade bookings?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour. Within 48 hours: full charge applies. For cruise excursions booked through trade partners, we allow an exception if the ship’s schedule changes — contact us immediately and we’ll work with you.

 

Do you handle cruise excursions?

Yes — cruise shore excursions are a significant part of our business. We pick up directly at Málaga cruise terminal (Muelle Uno and Muelle 2), build the day around the ship’s specific departure time with a 45-minute return buffer, and monitor the schedule throughout the day. We have operated Málaga cruise excursions since 2012 with zero missed ships.

 

Can you accommodate large groups?

Our standard vehicles seat up to 7 passengers. For groups of 8–20, we can arrange larger vehicles or coordinate multiple private vehicles with a single itinerary. For larger groups (20+), contact us to discuss — we can work with trusted local partners for group movements.

 

Do you issue invoices for trade bookings?

Yes — Costa Excursions S.L. (CIF B-56549972) issues full Spanish invoices for all trade bookings. VAT documentation available on request.
